- To open OutBox, choose WebTools from the Find section of the toolchest
When the Icon Catalog appears, double-click the outbox
icon.
- Next, open your home directory by double-clicking on the Home folder icon on the desktop.
- Drag a file icon from your home directory and drop it into the OutBox drop pocket (located in the Outbox window you opend during step1).
- Click the Publish button to place a link from your home page to the file.
- Click the Home Page button to view your home page with the added file link.
Files are saved in the /usr/people/yourusername/public_html directory as links to the original files. Your home page accesses the files from this directory. |
